Groups and activities

There is no doubt that being part of a group be it the Walking group, Cascade Choir or The Cascade Writers Group creates a sense of belonging and collective identity while addressing issues such as isolation and self expression. Crafternoon for example provides a context to craft and talk in an informal setting often resulting in meaningful and supportive conversations (with some great work being produced.)

The Cascade Recovery Choir brings together 20 or more people every week to sing and connect . They also do public performances promoting the joy of recovery.

Being part of, belonging, creating, cohesion and togetherness while finding positive ways for self expression.
