Recovery Square

Why craft? It's amazing how much joy comes from creating a 'something'  I still treasure my first embroidery which was of my star sign on a pillowcase. I was 14 then but  got the same joy when I made my first crochet flower at the age of 50!

How does craft help recovery? Well it's something you can focus on and which rewards you with the the joy of creating and of self discovery! There's no comedown and if you get addicted to craft it's not going to kill you.

Do I have to book?

No just drop in.

Is there a fee?

No, it's free and we will give you materials. All you pay for is your tea or coffee or cake or a nice toasted sarnie.

I've started a project but I'm stuck. Can you help?

Oh yes do please bring your work in progress and we'll help you.
